Protecting Your Privacy
Temper of the Times Investor Services Inc. doing business as the Temper Enrollment Service appreciates the opportunity to help you get the share(s) required to help you qualify to enroll in a direct investment plan.

We are committed to protecting the personal and financial information you’ve entrusted to us. It is important for you to understand what information we will collect, how we will use it, and who may see it.
Federal privacy regulations require that we notify you of our privacy policy annually.

Our Responsibility
To keep customer information secure, we have adopted the following procedures:

• Consistent with the requirements of the USA Patriot Act, we limit the collection and use of information about you to what we believe would be useful to service your accounts, administer our business, identify services that may be of interest to you and to tell you about those services.

• Restrict access to information about you to those employees and to those transfer agents who need to know in order to assist with your order.

• Educate our employees to reinforce the importance of confidentiality and customer privacy.

• Maintain appropriate security standards and procedures to protect information about you.

• Respond quickly to your request to correct inaccurate information.

Important Information About Procedures for Opening a New Account
To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account. What this means for you: When you open an account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see your driver’s license or other identifying documents.

Information We Collect
The information we may collect and maintain about you comes primarily from you during the course of your doing business with Temper of the Times Investor Services Inc. This personal information, not available publicly, comes from the following sources:

• Information you provide to us when you fill out an application, complete a form, or make a request for services. This includes your name, address, Social Security Number, assets and income.

• Information from your transactions with us.

How Information Helps Both You and Us
Our mission is to help you become enrolled in direct investment plans. In order to do this, as a registered broker/dealer, we must conform to NASD rules.

For example,

• Verify your identity, secure your accounts and help protect you and Temper of the Times Investor Services Inc. from fraud.

• Analyze our current products and services so that we can improve or develop new services. Inform you about our products and services.

Keeping Information Safe and Accurate
We limit access to the information we have about you to those employees who need to know to provide you with services to help you meet your financial needs. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal laws and regulations to guard the information we have about you. A key part of this process ensures that all information we have about you is accurate and up-to-date. As a key part of our process, we give you the opportunity to update your personal information before every order is executed. Please follow the instructions on your acknowledgement

We Limit The Sharing Of Information
To protect your privacy, we limit the information we share both within and outside Temper of the Times Investor Services Inc. We do not share information about your account with any outside organization other than the transfer agents for the companies you have ordered. We will not share information about you, unless authorized by you, except as outlined below.

Sharing Information With Affiliated Companies
The sharing of information with affiliated companies—specifically Moneypaper Inc. publications—allows us to expand on the service we might otherwise provide. By such sharing we are able to provide you with complete information about company-sponsored direct investment plans. In addition, we may share information about you with our affiliates to provide you with services you have requested or to identify opportunities to offer other services to you.

Sharing Information with Companies Who Help Us Provide You Services
We may share the information described under the section captioned “Information We Collect” with companies external to Temper of the Times Investor Services Inc. to complete a transaction you have requested or to help us service your account. For example, we maintain your information on a secured web server provided by an outside firm. We are highly selective in choosing these companies. All companies with whom we do business are contractually obligated to comply with strict standards regarding security and confidentiality, and the information can be used only for the sole purpose of providing the service we have requested the company to perform.

Sharing Information with Other Financial Service Providers
We may also share information about you with other financial service providers, with whom we have a joint marketing agreement to offer you additional products or services.** For example, we might arrange with another financial institution to offer you Temper of the Times Investor Services Inc. credit cards.

Sharing Information in Other Situations
We may share the information described under the section captioned “Information We Collect” when we are permitted or required by law. Examples include responding to a subpoena, conducting a fraud investigation, or reporting to a credit bureau. We may also share this information when authorized by you to cross market affiliated services. If you prefer not to receive notifications of other services, please contact us at 800-388-9993.

An Ongoing Commitment to Your Privacy
We are just as committed to protecting the privacy of our former customers as we are our current customers. If you choose to close your account(s) or become an inactive customer, you will continue to be protected by the privacy policies and principles described in this policy.

There have been no significant changes to our privacy policy since May, 2001. The policies and practices described in our privacy policy are subject to change and we will communicate any significant changes to you as required by applicable law. Enrolling in DRIPs: The Temper Enrollment Service is provided by Temper of the Times Investor Services, Inc., ("Temper") a registered broker dealer, member NASD, SIPC. Temper does not make investment recommendations, nor does it make a market in any securities. Business Continuity Plan: Orders accepted by Temper of the Times Investor Services Inc. are backed up at two locations off site nightly. If something were to happen to Temper’s principal location. We would be able to access all our customer information at a new location. Once your DRIP account is open at the transfer agent for the company you ordered, you are no longer an active customer of the Temper Enrollment Service, although we do keep a record of the orders we fulfill for you.
